• Pull the plug – it's the law: it is illegal in some provinces to transport your watercraft with the drain plug still in place, and failure to do so could result in a fine.  

• Keys in the boat: it helps keep us organized if the keys are left in your boat.  

• Is your engine accessible? Please check and clear out your storage compartments, including wet life jacket and watersports gear.
