A friend referred me to Martin and Spencer so I attend the Boat Show in Edmonton. Spencer was very detailed and ensured he understood our families needs. The entire process and communication with Spencer was top notch and excited to get out on the water.

As a first time surf boat buyer, I Just want to say how impressed we are with the customer service when we bought our XT23 Cole P was very knowledgeable and no pressure , Nikky was great to deal with for financing , Thanks again for the great service .

Our journey for a new (to us) boat started in West Edmonton with Jordan Michaels who was fantastic. Not high pressure at all where he answered a lot of questions and educated us on the various levels of boat options by numerous manufacturers. With Jordan we viewed the stock in West Edmonton and at other locations and ended up travelling to Calgary to view more options they had. In Calgary we met Kevin Kolbe who was also great. Martin brought the boat we fell in love with up to Edmonton and I'll say our overall experience with MMS and these individuals was excellent.

I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. Right from my initial inquiry through the Manitou website right down to the final delivery. Gary in sales, Branden in Service, and their General manager Mar are absolutely fantastic. I don't believe I have ever had a better buying experience. We had some minor problems after the initial delivery and these folks went over the top in addressing the problems. They have gained a customer for life. If you are on the fence as a consumer, don't even hesitate to put your buying trust with Martin!!!

I wanted to take the time to give a "shout out" and heartfelt thanks to the Edmonton Martin Motor Sports dealership and their staff. It is always easy to find a thread about complaints or problems (which I fully support) but we don't hear enough about times when a company or individual go out of their way to help a customer or client. So here is my quick story.A couple of weeks ago we had the actuator for our centre tab come apart on our 2015 X23 while we were approx. 1000KM from home and our local dealer. We realized the failure when we pulled our boat out of the water the night before we had to depart for a family reunion on Vancouver Island (7.5 hour trip further West).I called our dealer in a panic as we were responsible for bringing the boat to the party. The efforts and creativity our dealer used to rectify the problem in time for us to get to our reunion was far more than I ever expected from any company that I have purchased anything from. Ave, Gerry and the entire team at Edmonton Martin Motor Sports I want to say "thank you!" and recognize your efforts that were truly above and beyond in a public forum so you are recognized as a leader in this industry.THANK YOU!!!

I recently purchased my first pleasure craft, a Seadoo GTX iS 260. The purchasing experience included a complete walkthrough of the Seadoo and options. Although I had researched the products on my own, prior to making the purchase, I really appreciated the advice and instruction. I also purchased the requiste clothing and accesories on the day of purchase and was advised, and correctly recommended, on what I should purchase.The unit I bought was intended for touring rather than acrobatics and the second trip out included completely covering the four Shuswap "Arms", Mara and Little Shuswap Lakes and adjoining rivers from Enderby to Chase, exploring the fishing opportunities and enjoyed the scenery, covering about 600km on a long weekend. On the trip back to the hotel in Salmon Arm, before loading up to return home, I mused the purchase and weekend. I realized I had made the right choice of dealer, machine and clothing. Good Afternoon, I wanted to take a few minutes and send an email expressing how great Martin Motor Sports was to deal with on my new X30. I contacted Ave by email inquiring about possibly moving from my Nautique 230 to an X30. shortly after I emailed Ave he responded to me and we started discussing my wants and wishes instead of passing me off to his sales team. I found Ave to be very professional, honest and up front. He was never negative towards the other boat manufacturers that I was also looking at, instead he pointed out Mastercraft's great features. I found this very enlightening because the other manufacturers sales teams focused more on their competition then their own product. Ave and I went back and forth a few times and always got back to me when he said he would. With that in mind it was easy and comfortable to make the switch from Nautique to Mastercraft. I went into their facility and was taken on a tour. The experience was second to none. You have a great dealer!

We just purchased our 4th Supra this one being a Supra SE 550, Dustin in sales was great from start to finish. Even though we did have a couple of issues prior to delivery it was not the end of the world, We took delivery of our boat and Dustin was with us showing every aspect of it and made sure we were comfortable with all the new accessories.

We had the boat for a couple of weeks and had to take it back in for warranty work, This is the best service I have seen any establishment I dropped the boat off with Chris in Service on a Tuesday late afternoon and was ready for Friday pickup. Un believable service. Hats off to Martin Water sports Family.

I had an issue with my steering column and brought it in to the parts department to try and get it replaced. There I met Khristie Browne, parts technician, who tried to find the part but when it wasn't as easy as thought she started to help me trouble shoot and repair the issue with the column. After a long day, Saturday of the clearance sale and Her Birthday, she spent almost an hour with me fixing the part so I could get back on the water the next day. She convinced one of the Techs, Tyler, to come out and see what he thought. He stayed and helped right till I walked out the door with it repaired. These 2 went above and beyond to help me out and proved that pride in customer service still exists. Thank you very much Khristie and Tyler. I will be back.

I would like you to know how impressed I am with the customer service at your Calgary location. When I purchased my 2014 LSV, Scott was very knowledgeable and no pressure. Throughout the purchase/order/winter wait for boat delivery he kept me well informed. Further, when I took delivery of the boat and had immediate problems once I launched it into my lake, Scott undertook to haul the boat back to Calgary, repair and return to the lake for me. At the beginning of the second season with my boat, my screen failed to function at the lake - Scott was out of the store, but I spoke with Kevin who, on a Saturday when technicians are off, tracked down a tech to pass on troubleshooting suggestions to me via phone. Unfortunately, the problem could not be resolved and I needed to haul my boat back to the shop in Calgary, but Kevin offered to meet me at the shop on Sunday (when you are closed) to ensure that my boat was immediately locked up safely in the yard.Warren from service then called me promptly on Monday to discuss the screen failure and how they were undertaking to get it repaired. The part needed to ship from Tennessee, but Warren was able to use a new screen from a boat on the lot to immediately get my boat running. To top it off, any time I have collected my boat from your store, your staff have always hooked the boat to the vehicle for me.The premium customer service that I have received from all of your employees has guaranteed that I will be a continued customer for anything I need that you sell.Regards,

"I wanted to send you a quick note to thank you and your staff for the timely repair of my boat. I brought my X-10 in on the morning of Thursday July 2, 2009 with a shredded strut and bent shaft. Roger and Christine had it brought in immediately and diagnosed. The parts were ordered and flown from Tennessee that day. They arrived the afternoon of July 3, 2009 and were installed the following day (Saturday). The boat was in the water that afternoon (two days after it was brought in). It was important for us to have boat for the weekend as our son, who is attending school in the United States, was up for the week end and would probably not be returning until the end of August.
